Dhabaleswar Beach is a beautiful tourist spot located near Gopalpur beach in the city of Brahampur in the Ganjam district of Orrisa is this mesmerizing beach, which opens into the Bay of Bengal. This place offers one an opportunity to do some water adventure like sailing and surfing.
